3 Happy Tricks with Martin Heppell

THE RESILIENCE PROJECT is tackling children’s mental health with the return of 3 Happy Tricks, the kids show tour with Martin Heppell that teaches primary-aged kids positive mental health strategies through music, stories and plenty of laughs.

Running their biggest tour yet, ‘3 Happy Tricks’ will tour Victoria this September and October, visiting Bendigo, South Morang, Frankston, Ringwood, Melbourne and Geelong in the Term 3 school holidays with plenty of high- energy fun!

Through music, storytelling and plenty of laughs, The Resilience Project’s most engaging and entertaining presenter Martin Heppell will teach children aged 5–12 and their parents ‘3 Happy Tricks’. And it couldn’t come at a more crucial time. New research has revealed that 1 in 4 primary students are experiencing symptoms of depression. And almost 1 in 3 are experiencing symptoms of anxiety.

Martin Heppell is a high-energy, passionate speaker and educator known for his impactful work in resilience and mental wellbeing. With a background in elite sports and education, he mixes real-life experiences with evidence- based insights to captivate audiences of all ages. As a key member of The Resilience Project, he helps deliver programs that boost mental wellbeing, emotional literacy, and positive mental health strategies. While Martin loves connecting with everyone, his real passion is teaching kids how to become resilient and be mentally healthy. His enthusiastic, funny, and relatable style makes him a hit in schools, companies, and communities.
